How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Arrivedauthority Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • A call or message with Arrivedauthority Floor Coating that went poorly
  • How we handled or protected your personal data
  • Something on the site that looks wrong or is confusing
  • How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If a coating job leaves you unhappy, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep a copy of everything you send.

Then tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Still, Arrivedauthority Floor Coating cannot settle contract fights, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or speak for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@arrivedauthority.property. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short story of what happened and what result you want

What We Do Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Happy

If our answer does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
