Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers all content on arrivedauthority.property. Please read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template and not legal advice.

We Refer. We Do Not Coat.

Arrivedauthority Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coatings. We do not grind, fix, coat, or seal floors. A provider does any work at your home. Arrivedauthority Floor Coating never does.

A Referral Is Not a Recommendation

When we refer a provider, we are not vouching for them. We make no promise about their quality, timing, price, looks, or how long their work lasts. We also cannot promise a provider will have room for your job when you want it. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties, and conduct.

Just the Basics

This site shares general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Every concrete slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings, and weather can change what your floor needs. Talk to a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Any price on this site is a typical U.S. range, not a quote. Your cost depends on the size of the floor, its condition, the prep work, and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

How Coatings Perform

How a coating holds up depends on prep, product choice, how it is applied, and how you use the floor. Claims here about stains or sun damage are general. They differ by product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your job.

Stay Safe

Floor coating work makes dust and uses strong chemicals. Follow the provider's directions on keeping out of the work area, airing out the space, and waiting for the coating to cure.

How Arrivedauthority Floor Coating Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Arrivedauthority Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Is Everything Correct?
